General Terms

The Laws of the Republic of Serbia apply to these terms of use and to your use of the website. The competent Court in Subotica will have jurisdiction in all disputes arising out of or in connection with or concerning these terms of use of the website, as well as your manner of using it.

Dear customers,

by visiting or purchasing in the online store (hereinafter: “Store”) you accept the General Terms of Sale (hereinafter “General Terms”) which are listed below. Please read them carefully and get acquainted with the rules we apply. The Store reserves the right to make changes and amendments to these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Object of the General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and return or reclamation of goods offered on the website (hereinafter “Website”).

Subjects of the General Terms and Conditions

The seller of the goods that are ordered and paid in advance is VINARIJA ČOKA PLUS D.O.O. SUBOTICA, Korzo 1 (hereinafter: “Online seller”). The buyer of the goods is a visitor to the Store who selects at least one product, puts it in the cart, sends the order, pays in advance a cash invoice in electronic form which he receives via the left e-mail.

Products and prices

Through the Store, the buyer is enabled to purchase all products on the Website, with the products corresponding in all respects to the accompanying declarations published with the products (hereinafter: “Products”). Prices on the website are stated with value added tax (VAT) included. Prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Terms of purchase

Ordering through the website of Vinarija Čoka Plus d.o.o. is very simple. Ordering through the website is possible for all products listed on the website by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” button. After order confirmation, they are irrevocable (except in cases and according to the procedure provided by applicable laws). If the Online Seller is not able to deliver all the ordered products, they will deliver the available of the selected products, of which it will notify the Buyer by e-mail (or phone).

When buying your favorite bottle of wine, it is necessary to choose the decorative – protective packaging* in order for the package to reach your address safely.

If you do not need a decorative package, the minimum bottle order is 6, which will be delivered to you in a classic – protective cardboard box. In doing so, you can order a mix of different wines or choose solely your favorite variety.

When making the order, it is necessary to leave all the required information. After that, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order and we will contact you by phone (Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm) to confirm your data and inform you about the status of your order.

* Protective packaging is mandatory so that we can safely transport the product


The buyer can pay for the ordered products only in advance on the basis of the submitted electronic cash invoice to the e-mail address. The buyer bears the shipping costs, according to the official price list of AKS d.o.o. courier service, shown on this website.

Refund in case of return of goods is made by the online seller exclusively to the current account provided by the buyer in the Cancellation of Purchase or Complaint form.

Shipping & Delivery

The goods are delivered throughout Serbia. Delivery is done through the AKS delivery service. Order delivery is within 7 days from the date of sending the order. Delivery time may be longer than indicated if the ordered products are not currently available or the buyer received a confirmation of online purchase during the weekend or public holidays.

Orders ordered from the Online Seller are delivered to the entrance of the buyer’s home. In the case of a residential building, the delivery service is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the buyer is located, but only to the entrance to the building.

The buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note when taking over the product, which is taken by the delivery service as a confirmation of taking over the ordered products.

If the buyer refuses to receive the ordered goods during delivery to the desired address, the online seller has the right to request reimbursement of postage and own handling costs.

Before delivering the order, the courier service will contact you to determine the place and time of delivery. After the unsuccessful first delivery, delivery will be attempted again within 24 hours. If the ordered goods are not delivered even after the second attempt, it will be considered that you have given up the order and that you have terminated the purchase contract.

In case you give up purchase, you have the right to exchange for another product or get your money back. In order to exercise any of the rights when returning the purchased product, the ordered goods must not be damaged or worn out by use, must be returned in the original packaging, with the attached invoice, and a signed order for correction, which was also delivered to you.

In case of refund, you bear the costs of transporting the goods.

In case the package is damaged in transport, you need to contact us immediately before receiving the package, and no later than 2 days after receiving the goods, so that we could adequately intervene and solve the problem. Vinarija Čoka Plus d.o.o. is not responsible for any damage to items that occur in transport and is not reported within 2 days, and is unable to help you, as the transport insurance will not recognize the damage.


The buyer has the right to complain about the product in accordance with the Rulebook on the manner and procedure of resolving consumer complaints dated February 20, 2018 (“Rulebook”), which is available here.

When picking up the shipment, the buyer is obliged to check the delivered package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage on the delivered package (torn parts and crushing), the buyer is not obliged to take over the package. The online seller will inform the buyer about the further procedure as soon as possible.

Cancelling purchase

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, for every purchase via the Internet, a buyer who is considered a consumer in terms of the said law has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day of taking over the goods, or cancel the purchase.

Transport costs in case of unilateral termination of the contract are borne by the buyer. If any of the above requirements are not met, the Online Seller will not be able to accept the Buyer’s request. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the buyer is entitled to a refund. The money is returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and in proper state. The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. After the expiration of the 14-day period, the product can no longer be returned. When returning the goods, it is obligatory to return them in proper and unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging, attaching the original invoice.

The buyer is responsible for defects or damage to the product that are the result of inadequate handling, i.e. the buyer is solely responsible for devalued product resulting from handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, i.e. exceeds what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality.

If the purchased goods are not suitable

If the buyer determines that the item is not suitable, it has to fill in the ONLINE form on his account and Cancellation of contract he received with the package and contact the online seller on the phone number: +381 23 0411 888.

It is not possible to return the package without first contacting customer support.

The ordered item cannot be replaced in any of the retail stores in Serbia selling the products of Vinarija Čoka plus d.o.o. without prior contact and agreement with the customer support of the online seller.

It is not possible to change the ordered item if it is open, i.e. when returning the goods, it is obligatory to return it in proper and unused condition, as well as in the original, undamaged packaging.

The deadline for returning the item is 14 days from the moment of receiving the product. Transport costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.

Product descriptions and pictures

The store strives to describe all products as accurately as possible, as well as to use as credible photos of items as possible; however, it is not able to guarantee that all stated data regarding the product are 100% accurate, complete, reliable and error-free. If the product purchased by the customer deviates from the data listed on the website, i.e. published declaration, the buyer can return it in unused condition according to the procedure from the website Cancellation of purchase and fill in the Statement of withdrawal from the contract of sale remotely concluded, and the Online seller shall refund.

Working hours

The store is open 00-24h, 7 days a week. In case of technical problems or during regular maintenance, the website may be unavailable for a short period of time, of which all users and buyers will be notified.

Updating website data

The store reserves the right to change the information displayed on any part of the website at any time, without prior notice.


Online seller responsibility

The online seller undertakes all obligations, costs and responsibilities in the event of any administrative, misdemeanor, court or other proceedings arising from the online trade conducted through the Store.
